DONGNAIHR                                     CHƯƠNG TRÌNH OFFLINE 2012 – HƯỚNG VỀ TUỔI THƠ

Tôi đến Nhà nuôi dạy trẻ mồ côi và khuyết tật Bé Thơ – Tổ 22, Khu phố 8, Phường Long Bình, Biên Hòa, Đồng Nai vào ngày chủ nhật vừa qua. Được vây quanh bởi các em nhỏ đang ngước nhìn mình như có gì đó thân quen với hơn 136 trẻ em bị bỏ rơi và khuyết tật.

Tôi không lấy làm lạ khi phần lớn là các trẻ em bị khuyết tật như bệnh down, bại não và câm điếc đã bị cha mẹ bỏ rơi hoặc có những bé phải chịu mồ côi cả Cha lẫn Mẹ.

Tôi đã khóc khi biết có những hoàn cảnh thật buồn, các em dang tay đòi tôi bế, và ngồi trong lòng tôi tựa như thân thiết từ lâu. Một đứa bé đã gào thật to khi tôi bỏ cô bé xuống chiếc nôi cũ, và thế là các bé khác cũng cố gào to hơn để được sự quan tâm của người lạ.

Chợt nhận ra, các em quả đang thiếu thốn từ vật chất đến tinh thần và thiếu một tình thương từ những người thân yêu như bao đứa trẻ bình thường đang nhân được nhưng các em không thể có.

Dì Vinh (phụ trách trung tâm) nói: Nguồn kinh phí nuôi dưỡng và chăm sóc các bé chủ yếu do Trung tâm tự lo (các bé câm điếc làm các nghề gia công túi giấy, may áo..), sự hỗ trợ từ Giáo hội và từ các Mạnh Thường Quân bên ngoài xã hội tài trợ và ủng hộ.

Với mong muốn hỗ trợ cho Trung tâm 1 số nhu yếu phẩm để các bé có thể có cái ăn cái mặc tốt hơn, Suhri xin được đại diện DongnaiHR rất mong nhận được sự quan tâm và ủng hộ của các anh chị thành viên và các nhà hảo tâm. Dự kiến số tiền ủng hộ sẽ được mua các hiện vật giúp cho các bé như sau:

- Các nhu yếu phẩm, quần áo trẻ em mới, đã qua sử dụng nhưng còn tốt.
- Đồ chơi, tập học sinh, truyện tranh, sách…..

• Thời gian nhận ủng hộ: từ nay đến hết ngày 29/06/2012
• Thời gian thực hiện chương trình: ngày 01/07/2012

Production Shift Leader

Our client are seeking for Production Shift Leader with follow requirements:

Job description

In this position you co-ordinate the processes within the department. You supervise the application of the rules, regulations, procedures and instructions on the plant to meet production targets (safety, quality, quantity and efficiency). You work according to the provided rules and regulations. Decisions are made regarding machine malfunctions and deviations from the specified norms, after consultation with the production engineer or unit manager where appropriate. You require permission for extra support outside the normal back-up facility.

Specific tasks are:

- The introduction and training of (new) employees.

- Ensure the supply of materials required for the production line.

- The planning of staffing levels.

- Vigorously ensure the quality of the end product and the adherence to the required checks and controls.

- Respond effectively and immediately to problems and disruptions within the production line and to quality issues.

- Investigate the cause of problems and carry out low level maintenance.

- Administration relating to quality, quantity and time appropriation.

- Advise on personnel matters (hiring, promotion, dismissal)

- Co-ordinate with related department to control the production line.

- Leading improvement team to reduce loss time and increase productivity.

- Lead the team to reach production target.

- Co-ordinate with engineer to implement BPS to production line and maintain the BPS tools continuously

- Make the operators follow the defined working standards and initiate continuous improvement in case of deviations from the standards.

Job requirements:
- University level, education in Mechanical or Electrical
- Flexible: work 48 hours a week in 3 shifts
- Leadership skills: you are leading a team of operators
- English: reasonable English
- Problem solving skills: to solve technical problems but also human issues
- Communication skills: you have to communicate with different kind of levels

- Reporting skills: to make weekly/monthly and yearly reports
